This year, the team at Just WOOD Country Hotel and SheLESt Restaurant was joined by chefs from leading restaurants across Russia. Everyone will offer their guests a unique festival menu, dishes from which can be tasted only from May 15th to May 25th!

Embark on a gastronomic journey across Russia into the world of wildlife and picturesque forests, where every corner is filled with inspiration.

If you find yourself in Moscow, Krasnoyarsk, Tyumen, Yekaterinburg, Voronezh or Kazan at this time, thanks to gastronomy you will be able to plunge into the atmosphere of spring renewal and feel the first rays of the sun awakening the earth from hibernation. In the festival menu, chefs will reflect the authenticity of their project and a creative approach to the use of wild garlic.

Most of the brand chefs have developed 4 unique dishes for the special festival menu, where the main product is Wild Garlic, each of the dishes can be ordered separately. Here are just some of the names: Chilli with wild garlic, cucumbers and quail eggs, Tuna tiradito with wild garlic aioli, Cod back with fried wild garlic and romesco sauce.

At the Branch Restaurant. The chef of Wine in Kazan offers guests a 2-course set, and in the Voronezh region, a full-fledged 4-course set with wild garlic was prepared in the Hayloft.

But Wild garlic in dessert can be enjoyed only in 2 participating restaurants! The brand chef of our restaurant SheLESt has prepared for the guests a dessert of wild garlic with Tula gingerbread, burnt chocolate, freeze-dried raspberries and the aroma of a Christmas tree. And if you're in Krasnoyarsk these days, try Roman Semerenko's Cherry and Gooseberry Sorbet at Hello Wine

You can view all the participants and get acquainted with the festival menu from each chef on the Festival page.

Well, the II annual CHEREMSHA Festival will end on May 25 at the SheLESt restaurant.

Brand chef Anton Krupenin and guest chef of the Midsummer restaurant Mikhail Kurokhtin will present to the guests an author's set with wild plants, consisting of 6 courses.

The dinner will be held in a summer tent with a view of the Sturgeon River. Like the glare of the setting sun on the surface of a river, each dish is reflected by the shimmer and shimmer of the flavors of the dishes, creating the perfect setting for a gastronomic journey.
