Observing the traditions

Pancakes are round, buttery and ruddy - a symbol of such a long-awaited sun, which was missed all winter! For a delicious Carnival, the brand chef of the SheLESt restaurant has prepared for the guests a special pancake menu - 4 types at once with unusual fillings, but each some of them are inspired by Russian culinary traditions. For example, try pancakes with stewed cabbage, bacon, roast beef and kvass sauce, and for dessert sweet pancakes with cottage cheese, raspberries and Tula gingerbread. A new reading of Russian dishes will open up new flavor combinations for you!

Maslenitsa was traditionally celebrated widely and cheerfully, because after it begins Great Lent - 40 days of restrictions in food and entertainment. At this time, you should not eat food of animal origin - butter, eggs, milk, meat, and more.
