The shortlist of the "Palm Branch"

Anton Krupenin, the brand chef of our restaurant, is on the shortlist for the Palme d'Or award as the best chef of the year! The winners will be announced on December 2 in Moscow at the Mariott Imperial Plaza.
This is a special award for us - the SheLESt restaurant has already been included in the top 10 best new concepts of the restaurant business in 2021.
"The best in the industry"It is an annual professional award established by the Palm Branch community in 2018 to celebrate the individual achievements of restaurant professionals. One of the unique principles of the award is to become a laureate in personal categories and get into The Palm Branch of the Restaurant Business Hall of Fame is open only once, in addition, the award is given not to one, but to several specialists in each categories that have distinguished themselves this year. The winners in the Chef of the Year nomination are chosen by the members of the Expert Council and the media jury of the Palm Branch Award
And every year the list of the best is updated with new names. Who will be the best in 2024 in the nomination “The best in the industry. Chef of the Year” will be announced very soon at the award ceremony within the framework of the Food Industry Leaders Forum.
