Russian breakfast
Starting October 1, at the SheLESt restaurant you can order dishes from the special menu "Russian breakfast". We strive not only to feed our guests, but also to immerse them in the atmosphere of Russian cuisine filled with warmth and comfort. Each dish presented on our menu is not just a meal, but a story that connects us with the region, local producers and our childhood memories.
"Russian Breakfast" is a cultural and gastronomic project covering restaurants in completely different regions of Russia. Its goal is to integrate Russian cuisine into the hospitality industry. The project participants — chefs, restaurateurs and hoteliers - develop their own recipes for morning meals. The gastronomic festival takes place from October 1 to November 30 in 20 cities of Russia. The initiator of the project is EkoNiva in partnership with METRO and the Gastronomic Map of Russia. By ordering a "Russian breakfast", you will be able to taste dishes made from local products based on the traditions of the regions of our country.
When preparing the menu, each chef was inspired by the gastronomic peculiarities of the region, nature, childhood memories, family traditions, rethinking the recipes of his grandmother or adapting the dishes that his mother cooked.
Anton Krupenin, the brand chef of the SheLESt restaurant, has specially developed 5 breakfast dishes for the project.
Rice porridge with baked apples on melted milk with apple "snow"
This dish was created as a tribute to traditional Russian breakfasts. We chose rice porridge because it is always associated with home comfort and warmth. Baked apples add a touch of sweetness and flavor, while melted milk reflects the same taste from childhood. The "snow" from the apple gives the dish a light sourness and fills with energy. This combination of flavors connects us with our childhood, when every breakfast was a real feast.

Cottage cheese casserole with raspberry sauce
Cottage cheese casserole is a classic of Russian cuisine, which has always been on the tables of our grandmothers. We decided to add raspberry sauce to emphasize the freshness and brightness of the taste, which recalls the summer days spent at the cottage.

Chatterbox with aged cheese for 6 months, peppers and fried onions
Dura cheese, aged for 6 months, has a rich taste that goes perfectly with fried onions and peppers. We were inspired by traditional Russian snacks and decided to create something new and unusual that will open up new gastronomic experiences for our guests.

Slice with 4 types of cheese and tomatoes
The combination of different cheese textures with juicy farm tomatoes creates a harmony of flavors. The dish is filled with memories from childhood, when after school, coming home, the best snack was a sandwich.

Fermented baked milk blancmange with berry yogurt crumbs
We used ryazhenka as a base to add a familiar taste and texture. A crumb of berry yogurt adds lightness and freshness to the dessert. This combination reminds us of the summer days when we picked berries in the garden and spent time together at the same table with the family
