We do not stand still and strive to bring even more comfort, warmth and new experiences to our guests. Right now, we are creating unique spaces on the territory, which will soon give you fresh sensations and unforgettable views. 

A specific and educational eco-trail

Imagine a half-kilometer-long larch trail that winds like a ribbon along the right bank of the Sturgeon River. Our new eco-trail is created with deep concern for nature and respect for every tree and shrub that comes its way. We are building it so that the path bypasses the trees and preserves the natural landscape. It's like she's floating over a steep bank. This trail will be your guide to the world of silence and beauty of these places. At dusk and at night, it will be illuminated by the soft light of lanterns, giving the walk a special magic.

Along the route, you will learn about the richness of the local flora and fauna, the hidden secrets of our region and the history of this amazing place. Information stands will guide the tour and become your guides along the way. Here, on the cozy benches, you can relax and soak up the tranquility and feel the harmony with nature. Approximately in the middle of the trail, you will find an observation deck offering a breathtaking view of the river and the surrounding landscape — an ideal place for photographs that will preserve memories of how nature and man can live in harmony. 

The new TiTULArt restaurant

In a large clearing surrounded by birch alleys, the new TiTULArt restaurant is located — a forest house built from a North Karelian pine tree caressed by a cold wind near the Arctic Circle, as if captured in eternity. The wood has a unique silver-brown hue, and each bar is like a page of history that can be read in the intricate lines of age—old patterns.

The architecture of the restaurant continues the traditions of the Russian chopped hut, but in a modern interpretation. The interior halls will be decorated with works by contemporary artists, and stone, wood, and fabric finishes will add warmth and naturalness to the space. There are several rooms in the restaurant: a spacious main room with panoramic windows, a chamber fireplace room for privacy and a "man's heart" cigar room with a bar and a collection of spirits. Around the restaurant, we will create a walking area, a campfire area, a summer terrace, a vegetable garden with fragrant herbs and a large swing overlooking the river and neighboring hills. 

As for the cuisine, here you can embark on a gastronomic journey through modern interpretations of Russian dishes performed by brand chef Anton Krupenin. The TiTULArt restaurant will offer something more than just food — it's a whole world where complex flavor combinations are revealed thanks to innovative cooking techniques and skilful product combinations. Each dish is a thoughtful composition in which traditions and modern techniques are harmoniously intertwined, offering guests a true gastronomic pleasure. 

Here you can experience and discover something completely unique. We do not reveal all the secrets of the menu in order to surprise you and leave vivid impressions of your visit. The restaurant will open its doors for the first time this New Year's Eve!    

Pedestrian bridge over the Sturgeon River

Our new pedestrian bridge is not just a construction and a means of transportation, but a real art object that will allow us to take a fresh look at the surrounding natural beauty. Towering over the river, it seems to hover over the water surface, connecting the banks and offering views of the surrounding landscapes. High above the water, the bridge will allow you to cross to the other side even in spring, when stormy streams overflow over the old automobile bridge. It offers a panoramic view of the river flood, and a specially equipped observation deck will be another place for unforgettable photos. Here, the spring waters underfoot are not a hindrance, but another opportunity to experience the power and grandeur of nature. 

The new Bridge is a place that is ideal for a romantic walk, a view photo shoot or a leisurely reflection. At any time of the year, it will become a new symbol of the harmony of nature and human creativity, where you can feel like a part of this magical landscape.

Expansion of the thermal space "Water"

The Voda thermal space becomes even more cozy and extensive — a place where not only the usual sauna awaits you, but also a new spacious sauna with traditional brooms and a special atmosphere. Our parmasters will give you unique rituals filled with warmth and care that will help restore strength and relieve tension. In the steam room, you can enjoy the aromas of herbs and wood, feeling the true power of wellness traditions.

The enlarged relaxation area after the procedures will allow you to sit comfortably in comfortable armchairs and enjoy the fragrant herbal tea and the tranquility that envelops you after steaming. Natural aromas, soft light and handmade decor around will create an atmosphere of complete tranquility and comfort.

All the work is already in full swing, and we look forward to its completion, when you can enjoy these new spaces, because each of them was created with love and care for each of you.
