Mussel stories. Summer pop-up bar!

Do you miss the tastes of Italy or Northern Europe? Or have you not been to the Black Sea coast for a long time?

Come to the Tula region and travel the world, sitting outdoors on the banks of the Sturgeon River. Starting from June 9th, we are opening a summer pop-up bar on the veranda of the Just WOOD country Hotel.

"Mussel stories" is the name of our special menu, which you can try only this summer.

Take a gastronomic trip and remember the taste of Italy by tasting vongole in a sauce of white wine, garlic and parsley. Or find yourself on the shores of the Black Sea coast, tasting rapana in a creamy sauce with green onions. A classic sea taste adventure - northern shrimps. Their chef Anton Krupenin offers two cooking options - fried or boiled. Well, the hit of the menu is the dish that gave the name to our summer pop-up bar - mussels in a sauce of white wine, garlic and parsley.

The main menu is complemented by a specially selected line of alcoholic beverages - dry French white or iced sparkling wine, as well as illuminating Russian cider.
