MAY AT Just WOOD

The holidays are over, and there are still many spring days ahead, and the more of them you spend outside the city, the better: after all, spring with its piercing greenery and gentle sunshine is so fleeting. In May, we will learn how to heat a wood-burning samovar at the Just WOOD mf Hotel, and celebrate International Tea Day on May 21. There is a reason to celebrate International Cocktail Day on May 13, especially since our new chef, bartender Pavel Nesterov, is ready to surprise you. On May 23-25, we are holding the Earth's Name Day weekend, inspired by Simon's Day. There will be trips to the forest, bouquets of wildflowers, and gifts. On May 30, we will celebrate the day of the main summer soup, okroshka, and find out how it tastes better with kvass or kefir. And, of course, we are in a hurry to try the menu of young wild garlic from brand chef Anton Krupenin. By the way, this is our most local product – we harvest wild garlic in the forest on the territory of the hotel.
