BOTANICAL Summer Bar

Dear friends, we have opened the BOTANICAL summer bar, created jointly with the Russian gin brand BEATLY.

The bar is located on the veranda of the SheLESt restaurant, overlooking the river and the quiet forest. This is a place of pure energy and endless inspiration: the rustle of trees, the singing of birds and the calm flow of the Sturgeon River are accompanied by creative and refreshing signature cocktails.

The philosophy of Just WOOD and the SheLESt restaurant are very similar to the ideas of the BEATLY brand - conscious consumption and preservation of natural flavors of ingredients.

A warm evening at the BOTANICAL bar is a great opportunity to spend time in pleasant company, enjoy the beautiful views and carefully tested flavors of seasonal drinks created with love and care for nature.

There are six cocktails available at the BOTANICAL Summer Bar.:

Just Sloe is the main drink of this summer at Just WOOD. It is made on the basis of sloe gin with spicy notes of cardamom and cloves.


Beatly Sour Long is a reinterpreted classic "Gimlet" that has turned into a refreshing long drink with ice here on the summer terrace. Its taste has delicate hints of peach and white chocolate

Bernard's Breakfast is inspired by the classic Martini Breakfast. This drink is named after the founder of the plant, Ivan Bernard, and offers an attractive combination of BEATLY Gin Botanical, honey tincture and fragrant pear jam.


Berry Strudel Martini is a light dessert digestif, a variation of both the classic Alexander and Brandy Alexander. BEATLY Sloe gin is complemented by aromas of cherry, vanilla, and white chocolate syrup.


Between the Sheets is a strong classic cocktail where rum from Tula Distillery is combined with BEATLY London Dry and Cristoforo Anejo.

BEATLY Gin & Tonic is an ageless summer classic. Guests can choose from two gins for the tonic: BEATLY London Dry or BEATLY Botanical.
