Bright colors and tastes of summer in a special seasonal menu with chanterelles

We celebrate the middle of summer with the launch of a new seasonal menu! Chanterelles in appetizers, salad, hot and even in dessert! There are 8 different dishes in total.

The menu includes classic fried potatoes with chanterelles, sour cream and herbs, and the much-loved pizza with chanterelles, as well as completely new dishes and flavor combinations. Perhaps the most unexpected thing this season is Pavlov's dessert with chanterelles! Apricot meringue, fir cream and sea buckthorn powder combine wonderfully in this dish.

Brand chef Anton Krupenin has chanterelles in every section of the menu, even when reading which you begin to imagine and anticipate! Salad with seasonal tomatoes, peaches, chanterelles, cheese and green butter or chicken breast with baked beetroot, chanterelles, cream sauce and grainy mustard.

Prices on the special menu range pleasantly from 395 to 795 rubles, depending on the dish.
