With the participation of Anton Rubtsov, brand chef of the Groza restaurant, and Anton Krupenin, brand chef of the SheLESt restaurant, a four-hand dinner was held in Kostroma at Groza restaurant.
There were 6 dishes on the menu specially designed for this dinner. It turned out to be a truly well-coordinated tandem. Anton Rubtsov is the chef of the Groza restaurant, officially not only the best in Kostroma, but also in the Central Federal District. At the end of November, he received the prestigious award "Chef of the Year-2022. CFD" and entered the "Top-30 Chefs of Russia. 2022" according to the version of the Palme d'Or restaurant Award. Groza itself has long been the kind of restaurant that people go to Kostroma specifically for.
Both chefs prepare dishes of modern Russian cuisine, combining ancient traditions and modern fashion trends.
In search of unique cooking and processing methods, the Groza team read hundreds of pages of culinary archives. And the recipes of many dishes were collected during trips to remote villages of the Kostroma region.

The SheLESt restaurant team often looks for inspiration in Tula history - the reinterpreted recipes of Leo Tolstoy's wife Sofya Andreevna, dishes from Levshinskaya cookbook and Bolotov traditions are reflected in the permanent or special menu of the restaurant.
