Gastronomic Festival
15.12.2022
Dear friends, from December 15 to January 15, the SheLESt restaurant takes part in the Levshinsky Lunch gastronomic festival!
On New Year's Eve and Christmas, SheLESt restaurant brand chef Anton Krupenin will offer guests a special festival menu:
- Beef jelly with mustard cream, fir oil and pickled cranberries;
- Cabbage rolls with minced stewed cabbage in cabbage broth;
- Cod in miso hollandaise sauce with honey mushrooms;
- Carrot and mint sbiten
Levshinsky Lunch is held in 14 restaurants in Tula and the Tula region. The gastronomic festival is named after Vasily Alekseevich Levshin, a Tula encyclopedic scientist, writer, translator, one of the founders of culinary literature in Russia and is being held for the second time.
"We honor the traditions of Russian cuisine and welcome sensible innovations that strengthen and develop its national characteristics," is the motto of the second Levshinsky Lunch gastronomic festival. This year, the theme of the festival was classical Russian cuisine.
For the "Levshinsky dinner—2022" a list of 50 main dishes of Russian cuisine was compiled — its golden fund. It includes dishes that regularly appear in cookbooks and lunch menus of the 19th— early 20th century. The chefs of Tula cafes and restaurants selected the most interesting dishes from it and prepared them in historical, traditional or modern versions.
You can try a unique set at the SheLESt restaurant until January 15th!
The cost is 1,500 rubles.
