On November 5, we will meet in Moscow at VDNH!

Dear friends, on the holiday weekend of November 5th, we invite you to attend the opening of the House of Russian Cuisine at VDNH. The new pavilion will become the central venue of the Russia – Territory of Taste Festival, where more than 100 gastronomic events will be held until April 12, 2024.

At the grand opening, the brand chef of the SheLESt restaurant, Anton Krupenin, will present a new dessert in which the traditions of Belev and Tula are closely intertwined - a cake made of Belevskaya pastille, with cream from Tula gingerbread, powdered burnt lemon, beet marmalade, sprinkled with crumbs of Tula gingerbread with Thursday salt.



The aim of the project is to bring together the gastronomic achievements of the regions of our country in one place and revive the rich culinary traditions of Russia. After all, national cuisine is an integral part of our culture and our intangible heritage.

The House of Russian Cuisine is a project of the Moscow Government, restaurateur Alexey Vasilchuk and Ekaterina Shapovalova, a long–time friend of the Just WOOD Hotel, with her project Gastronomic Map of Russia. 15 corners of the Russian regional cuisine "From Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky to Kaliningrad" will work under one roof, culinary workshops and tastings of the "Library of Tastes of Russia" will be held, as well as traditional sweets, gastronomic souvenirs, Russian wine, Russian national drinks and a "delicious" atmosphere will be waiting for guests.
