Spring is in full swing, which means the forest is calling! We invite you to the third festival "Cheremsha" - a holiday of taste, nature and inspiration, which we hold with special love for pristine greenery.
Immerse yourself in the amazing world of wild garlic: get to know its history, useful properties and, of course, culinary possibilities. A real expedition to the forest along an eco-trail awaits you, where you will learn how to collect wild garlic correctly and with respect for nature.
After the walk - practical magic of the kitchen. At the author's master classes from SheLESt brand chef Anton Krupenin, you will learn how to create exquisite and at the same time simple dishes with wild garlic in the leading role. The chef will share techniques, flavors, and ideas that you can repeat at home or save as a special spring memory.
As part of the festival, the SheLESt restaurant has a special seasonal menu, where the queen of each dish is wild garlic!
Anton Krupenin has developed a gastronomic selection in which wild garlic is revealed in a new way - from fresh salads and soups to hot dishes and even unusual desserts. Everything is based on local products, natural flavors, and a subtle play of textures.
This menu is only available during the festival, and each visit becomes part of a gastronomic journey through the forest spring.
