And in a set inspired by Bolotov's cultural heritage, you can try unexpected combinations in a new author's performance, for example, beetroot gratin with pickled greens and horseradish

Each set consists of 4 dishes. You will get new impressions and will be able to try something unexpected. However, it is important to remember that these sets are only available by pre-order.
